We got up early to watch the footy before heading off to Granada via Frigiliana.
It is a very tranquil space, except for the one day of the year when they have the hunting dog display. Yep, we were there for it. The poor dogs were tethered on very short leashes protected somewhat from the blistering sun by a canvas shelter. They looked and sounded mean.
Frigiliana, east and just north of Malaga, has been nominated as Andalusia's prettiest 'white' village. And that just might be correct, I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
The village is also known for its old men with hats, though walking up and down those steep cobbled lanes must be tricky.
